Our Mission

At Goodfin, we're building an agentic wealth platform that unlocks access to private market investing for a new generation of investors. What once required exclusive networks, expensive advisors, and million-dollar minimums, Goodfin delivers through AI-powered intelligence — in seconds.

Our AI-native platform combines a design-forward experience with a backend powered by a system of over 30 intelligent agents. From framing an investment thesis to executing a deal, Goodfin Go compresses timelines and unlocks opportunities that were previously out of reach. Goodfin is targeting the fastest-growing segment of global finance: the trillions of dollars shifting from institutions into private markets through individual investors. As private assets become a core allocation for wealth portfolios, the bottleneck is no longer supply—it’s intelligence, access, and execution. Goodfin is building the AI-native layer that enables individuals to discover, evaluate, and act on these opportunities at scale.

This is a trillion-dollar wedge into a $200T+ system. This highly fragmented $1.25T global services market will undergo a sea change in the coming years, as trillions pass in the largest intergenerational wealth transfer to date. We're not just building a product — we're building a generational company that will reshape how the world thinks about wealth in the age of AI.

Meet the AI Agent Making Private Market Investing Accessible

Goodfin CEO Anna Joo Fee on Go, the company's new AI agent platform built to make private market investing smarter, faster, and more accessible.

About The Team

We are a tight-knit, lean team working primarily out of San Francisco. Founded in 2022, we are a Y Combinator (W22) company backed by Goodwater Capital, Phoenix Fund, Perpetua Investment Group, and angel investors from leading companies across tech and finance.

Our founder, Anna Joo Fee, is a Harvard-educated attorney and second-time fintech founder who spent years working on private market deals before building the platform she wished existed. Our co-founder and CTO, Shilpi Nayak, ex-Google leads the engineering of our multi-agent AI system.

Our team operates at the intersection of finance, law, AI, and design. We recently collaborated with NYU Stern on a groundbreaking study testing LLMs on the CFA Level III exam — then engineered our agents to operate with that level of competence. We understand our customers because we've been in their shoes.

Important Information

Goodfin, together with its affiliates ("Goodfin"), is a technology company and is not a broker-dealer or registered investment advisor. Goodfin does not make investment recommendations and no communication or statement, through this website or in any other medium, should be construed as a recommendation for any security or investment offered on the Goodfin platform or its related services or products. Investing in alternative assets carries a high degree of risk. It may not be suitable for all investors and even where suitable, constitute only part of an overall portfolio. Alternative investments are often illiquid, complex, and may involve significant volatility and loss of principal. Investors must rely on their own examination of the issuer and the terms of the offering, including the merits and risks involved. Before investing, it is important to carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and the disclosures for the respective fund or investment vehicle. Investors will typically receive illiquid or restricted membership interests that may be subject to holding period requirements or liquidity constraints. Private offerings on the platform typically involve membership interests in limited liability companies that may hold shares of private companies. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and there is no assurance that any investment strategy will achieve its objectives. The value of an investment may go down as well as up, and investors may not get back the money originally invested. An investment in a fund or investment vehicle is not the same as a deposit with a banking institution. Please refer to the respective investment documentation for details about potential risks, charges and expenses.
